ASUS has shown another transforming device at Computex. The Aio features an 18.4″ screen, which has 10-point touch capability. It is designed as an all-in-one device, although it’s screen size is a little small for a desktop, and kind of large for a tablet. It does separate from the dock, but then must stay in wireless communication range. One nice touch is the tablet can boot from Windows 8 to android at the touch of a button. It should be plenty powerful enough, running on an Intel Ivy Bridge processor, with a discrete graphics card. Battery life in tablet mode may be somewhat short, though. No pricing or availability on this odd device yet.
